Ok here is how you can take a copy of a picutre that is in Coppermine and insert in into a post.
1) First go to the picture in Coppermine that you want to insert into a post. With the cursor over the picture "right click" with your mouse and then click on "properties"

2)Another window will open with the pictures properties. To the right of "Address URL" is the pictures address. You need to highlight this and then "right click" and click copy.

With me so far???......Good......
3) Now go write up your post and when are ready to insert your picture you need to hit "enter" to put the blinking cursor at the beginning of a sentences line.

4) Now comes the hard part...... You will need to type this in   "[ img]" then without and spaces after the " ]" right click your mouse and hit paste. At the end of the pasted address you will then need to type this in "[ /img].  Remember no spaces this is programming language and if one things is off it will give you the dreaded red X.

5) So it will look like this below....

6) As you can see after you hit "post it will change to the picture and not show the address of the pictures...... pretty cool huh???
