The handle of the cockpit shower installed on my RF246 is made of plastic and is now cracked. Water spews from the crack rather than from the shower head itself.  Sad The unit has never been satisfactory... the hose will not stay on the flimsy hook provided and the on/off valve is sometimes accidentally opened when tending dock lines, etc.

I once saw another Rossy with a neat looking "box" that housed the entire shower assembly. Does anyone have a recommendation for a high quality replacement shower and how difficult is the installation of the upgrade?

Many thanks,

Joy

Joy,
Here is a picture of what our cockpit shower looks like. There is a fiberglass box that is built by Rosborough and the shower unit is installed into it. The hose from the shower slides back into the unit with the hose being hidden by the fiberglass box. I don't think the installation would be that hard. Maybe you could get a the box from Rosborough and then pick up the shower unit. I know you haven't had any luck contacting Rosborough so I would suggest contacting Patrick and maybe he can get you the box.

The shower unit we have is similar to this unit here at West.
