Hi All,  Has anyone here seen or had a vac-u-flush head on their RF246? We are in the process of having our boat rigged by Pat & Les.  We have had a trouble free vac-u flush on our 22 year old Searay and like the system. Maybe not enough room?
   Thanks for any comments.

Cristina is correct.  We have a vacu-flush on our 2003 RF246 and are very pleased with it.   I certainly prefer that to the manual head.  The vacum mechanism is under the port side of the v-berth with the hoses routed under the floor of the hanging locker.  I have what was then the standard 15 gal size holding tank located under the starboard side of the v-berth.  If you are getting a new boat you will have a much larger holding tank, which I envy, but it is located under the floor at the rear of the cabin.  I think that the vacuflush will work for that distance, although I am not certain where they might want to mount the vacuflush mechanism. Locating it under the port side of the v-berth where mine is might not be workable for you given the location of your holding tank.  I am pretty certain that Rosborough will manage to find a way to do it if you decide to get the vacuflush toilet.  I would highly recommend it.

Christina & Mike, Thanks for the respondses. Seems like it is doable, but maybe not at this stage of the game. It may be a factory upgrade which we did not know about when ordering the boat. I have an email in to Patrick and am awaiting his response.
Thanks again and enjoy the nice summer weather.
